For those of you who are unaware, Doug Walker is retiring as the  Nostalgia Critic. Several people have already said this, so I'm just going to put my personal thoughts on him.

First off, I really liked the character of the Critic. Yes, he was a jerk sometimes, but you felt bad for him due to how pathetic he was. His many reviews were consistently hilarious, with his meltdowns quite entertaining to watch. He showed us bad movies without actually making us sit through them. He had an epic rivalry with the AVGN, even if he eventually lost. When Tommy Wiseau claimed copyright, his response was spot-on. I'm going to miss him :(

Some of my favorite quotes:
"Isn't that one of the Ten Commandments? Don't steal, don't covet thy neighbor's wife, TOM AND JERRY DON'T TALK!"
"Of course!"
"You know, for kids!"
"A BAT CREDIT CARD?!"
"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the mindf*ck."
"SCREAMING EVERY LINE IS NOT FUNNY!"
"For never hath there been a tale of more blow
Than of this dumbass b!tch and her Tommy Wiseau."

Now there's only one way to end this: mock it with unfitting music. It's how he would have wanted it.

(singing): And IIIIIIIIII will always love yooouuuuuuuuuuu...

Yes, he was a jerk sometimes..."
...wait, what?
I can't think of a moment when he was selfless. xD Besides his...

*SPOILERS... but hell, if you STILL haven't seen TBF, you probably never will*

...his final sacrifice, I couldn't name one moment when he was not a jerk (or just neutral).

That said, I'm still gonna miss him a lot. :S
